When is a little black dress not appropriate....never! This little number from H&M has all the elements I want in a dress. The ruched design is flattering, the puffy sleeves are chic and the open shoulders are stylish. This little number has a sultry factor that makes me feel sexy.
Just for fun I threw on this dress and took a stroll at the Pasadena City Hall. I knew this location would be perfect to photograph this dress in. The Pasadena City Hall has beautiful arches and landscape. Lets just say this dress was made for this place.
