The Corset

Looking to give your closet a little update? You may want to look for a corset. The corset has made a big comeback this season. Its less burlesque dancer and more street wear. You see it worn over almost everything from white tees to over-sized button downs. The corset comes in many styles: denim, lace-up, a thick leather design, and strappy details. It's a sexy staple and it's here to stay.

This has to be one of my favorite trends for spring. I love that it defines my waist and adds a feminine touch to anything I pair it with. I styled this lovely jumpsuit with a corset belt and a mesh bra. I instantly felt sexy in this combination. I opted for a relaxed shoe and wore my double strap sandals. Overall this outfit had a hint of couture fashion (well at least in my head I thought so).
